Manipulation of photoinduced processes
by reshaping transition states
via transient strong coupling
ULYSSES proposes a new paradigm for controlling physico-chemical processes activated by light to improve their efficiency. The project will develop a novel platform that exploits optical nanostructures and ultrashort laser light pulses for real-time manipulation of molecular reactions, with applications ranging from photovoltaics to photocatalysis.
